Job summary

Magnit Global is seeking a Benefits Analyst III to support U.S. Open Enrollment and core benefits operations in a fully remote role aligned with ET zone hours.

You will be the primary contact for employee benefits inquiries, manage leave administration, new-hire benefits, vendor billing, payroll-related files, and enrollment validation. The ideal candidate has 4+ years in benefits administration, hands-on experience with U.S.

Qualifications

• Recent hands-on experience supporting U.S. Open Enrollment and related validation.
• Experience handling high-volume benefits inquiries with strong service.
• 4+ years in benefits administration including health, welfare and retirement plans.
• Knowledge of ERISA, ACA, COBRA, HIPAA, FMLA and related leave requirements.

Responsibilities

• Support Open Enrollment activities, including rate/eligibility validation and inquiries.
• Manage enrollments for hires during Open Enrollment and year transitions.
• Reconcile vendor and retirement files for payroll processing and corrections.
• Administer health, welfare, retirement, leave, and ancillary benefits programs.
• Handle benefits inquiries, tickets, and escalations with internal/external partners.
• Coordinate onboarding/offboarding, communications, and system updates.
• Collaborate with Payroll, HRIS, vendors, and finance on data accuracy and audits.
• Assist with implementation of plan changes, vendor updates, and renewals.
