Third Party CS is hiring for a fully remote position focused on helping union members understand and maximize available benefits. You will assist with benefit questions, enrollment, and claims while building trusted relationships and providing exceptional service.

No prior experience is required, with training and mentorship provided. The role offers flexible scheduling and ongoing coaching in a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills and a positive, learnable mindset.
• Dependable, self-motivated, and organized with attention to detail.
• Customer service experience is helpful but not required.
• Comfortable speaking with people over phone and Zoom.

Responsibilities

• Assist union members with benefit-related questions.
• Educate members on available coverage and programs.
• Support enrollment and claims processes.
• Build relationships with members and their families.
• Maintain accurate documentation and records.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve member concerns.
• Provide outstanding customer support and follow-up.
