• Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.

• Comfortable speaking with people via phone and Zoom; organized and detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Assist union members with benefit-related questions and enrollment.
• Educate members on available coverage and programs.
• Support enrollment and claims processes, documenting interactions.
• Build relationships with members and their families.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve concerns.
