Qualifications

• Experience in client services, consulting, or sales environments.
• Strong virtual communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct scheduled virtual consultations with veterans and families via Zoom.
• Explain available coverage options and answer client questions.
• Guide clients through enrollment and provide ongoing support.
• Maintain accurate digital records and ensure compliance with standards.
• Participate in weekly training sessions, team development, and leadership workshops.
