You will engage members via inbound/outbound calls, conduct virtual appointments, explain benefit options, and assist with digital applications while delivering exceptional service.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Previous customer service or sales experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Speak with members through inbound and outbound calls.
• Schedule and conduct virtual appointments via phone or Zoom.
