Prime Therapeutics is seeking a Manager of Operations - Remote to lead the Benefit Plan Configuration team across multiple lines of business. You will ensure SLAs, performance guarantees, and project deadlines are met, driving cross-functional collaboration with customers, members, and providers.

The role requires strong analytical skills, 2+ years of leadership, and expertise in PBM operations, with a focus on process improvement and data-driven decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare, or related field.
• 6+ years in operations management, PBM, healthcare, or related fields.
• 2+ years of leadership/people management experience.
• U.S. work eligibility without visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Lead Benefit Plan Configuration team across lines of business to meet goals and SLAs.
• Oversee project management, programming, testing, and documentation for improvements.
• Schedule, capacity planning, and workflow coordination to maintain throughput.
• Develop workflows, system requirements, and testing with structured methodologies.
• Identify reporting needs and validate reports before production deployment.
• Collaborate with client-facing teams to address improvement opportunities.
• Maintain and enhance ticketing, benefits landscapes, and workflow tools.
• Other duties as assigned.
