Qualifications

• 4+ years working in a museum, gallery, cultural institution, arts nonprofit, or academic humanities setting producing scholarly or public-facing written material
• Demonstrated command of art-historical, literary, or cultural research methods and the ability to translate scholarship into clear, board- or public-ready writing
• Expert‑level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks across core workflows like exhibition catalog essays and donor briefing decks
• Apply art-historical and cultural research methods to scholarship and public-facing writing
• Ensure accuracy, clarity, and audience appropriateness in all deliverables
