Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 3+ years of medical scheduling experience preferred.
• Strong computer proficiency with MS Office and EHRs.
• Clear understanding of insurance terminology.
• Fluency in English; Spanish preferred.
• Quiet, HIPAA-compliant remote workspace with reliable internet.
• Ability to multi-task and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of integrated healthcare delivery models is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound/outbound calls, verify insurance, and start verification processes.
• Provide information and assist potential clients with scheduling and paperwork.
• Maintain confidential records per HIPAA and complete required forms.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and route calls as needed.
• Engage with payors and document interactions in the system.
