WellSense Health Plan is seeking a Manager of Behavioral Health Provider Engagement to lead a team of Provider Relations Consultants across MA/NH. You will oversee operations, ensure regulatory compliance and build strategic relationships with key providers and trade organizations.

The role emphasizes educating the network, reporting KPIs, and collaborating with internal teams to improve performance and member care. This is a remote, full-time leadership position with strong benefits.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years Healthcare/Provider Relations/Network Management experience required
• 2+ years supervisory experience strongly preferred

Responsibilities

• Manages a team of behavioral health Provider Relations Consultants and liaises with WellSense and providers and key stakeholders
• Ensures regulatory reporting and compliance across the provider network
• Develops and reports KPIs to measure provider relationship effectiveness
• Oversees onboarding, training and education activities for the provider network
• Drives provider communication initiatives with Marketing and Communications
