Job summary

UnitedHealth Group’s Provider Enablement Consultant (PEC) role focuses on clinical management and quality oversight of value-based programs across Behavioral Health. You will build relationships with participating providers, drive quality improvement, and monitor performance against contracts.

You will work remotely from anywhere in the U.S., with standard business hours and occasional extended hours. The role requiresMaster’s level licensure, 3+ years in behavioral health, and strong data

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted master’s-level clinician licensure in psychology, social work, counseling, or marriage/family counseling.
• 3+ years post-licensure direct behavioral health clinical experience.
• 1+ years in a managed care setting and 1+ years in healthcare data analytics.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with provider leadership and clinical staff.
• Facilitate oversight meetings to monitor performance and discuss results.
• Monitor program metrics, quality outcomes, and contract adherence.
