Job summary

You will build relationships with providers, monitor performance, and drive quality improvement to enhance outcomes and efficiency.

The role requires strong clinical and analytic abilities, plus experience in managed care and data analytics. Remote work is available nationwide; typical hours align with residence time zone.

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted Master’s level clinician license in relevant fields.
• 3+ years post-licensure direct behavioral health clinical experience.
• 1+ years in a managed care setting and data analytics in healthcare.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with provider leadership and clinical staff.
• Facilitate oversight meetings and monitor performance against metrics.
• Monitor provider performance on program metrics and quality outcomes.
• Identify performance improvement opportunities from data analyses.
• Communicate interventions to providers and coordinate care coordination.
