CVS Health is seeking a Behavioral Health Patient Engagement Specialist to coordinate intake, scheduling, eligibility verification and referrals for a national behavioral health practice in a remote role. This position supports patient access and continuity of care across multiple platforms.

You will serve as a liaison between patients and care teams, help optimize provider panels, and ensure a smooth patient experience while maintaining privacy and compliance.

Formación

• 2+ years of healthcare coordination or patient access experience.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to manage multiple worklists and follow-up tasks.
• Experience with multiple channels (phone, email, chat).

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate intake, scheduling, eligibility verification, and referrals for behavioral health services.
• Serve as a liaison between patients and care teams to ensure a seamless experience.
• Assist with provider panel optimization and waitlist management.
