Akron Children's is seeking a Behavioral Health Research Data Analyst in the Rebecca D. Considine Research Institute.

The role focuses on transforming raw data into analysis-ready datasets by querying EHR systems, building REDCap projects, and delivering well-documented data for investigators and biostatisticians. Formación

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or research-related field.
• Minimum two years of data extraction, management, or analysis in a research or clinical setting preferred.
• Experience in academic medical center or research institute settings preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with study teams to translate data requirements into structured extraction plans.
• Extract, query, and join data from EHR (Epic), REDCap, and Cosmos related to mental health services and outcomes.
• Compute and recode variables to meet analytical specifications.
• Deliver clean, analysis-ready datasets to biostatisticians and study teams with reproducible workflows.
• Develop and maintain data documentation including data dictionaries and codebooks.
• Build and manage REDCap projects including longitudinal instruments and logic.
