Job summary

The University of Pennsylvania’s School of Nursing is seeking a Project Data Coordinator to support the ADRD Public Health Adoption Accelerator. You will manage data collection, entry, extraction, quality assurance, and reporting, reporting to the Project Director with scientific oversight.

You will oversee the Penn REDCap database, conduct environmental scans, and prepare data for CDC Annual Reports. This role is essential for building an evidence base and coordinating with external evaluators,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 1–2 years of experience; master's preferred.
• Experience with REDCap and Qualtrics; grant reporting preferred.
• Strong Excel skills for data entry, extraction and auditing.
• Quantitative methods; attention to detail and time management.
• Familiarity with ADRD, aging, or public health research preferred.

Responsibilities

• Execute the annual environmental scan of BOLD program implementation strategies.
• Build and maintain the Penn REDCap database for program data streams.
• Prepare quarterly performance data for CDC reporting and Year 1 equity reports.
• Manage content entry for the Implementation Strategy Registry and ensure data accuracy.
• Provide data management support for Launchpad sites and perform data audits.
• Support Expert Advisory Panel convening and Evidence Academy with materials.
• Handle other duties as assigned.
