ObjectiveHealth in Akron, OH is hiring a Clinical Research Assistant (full-time, on-site) to support data entry and patient recruitment for our clinical studies. The role focuses on ensuring data quality, completeness, and adherence to study protocols as you identify and pre-screen potential participants by inclusion/exclusion criteria.

You will work closely with Clinical Research Coordinators and site teams, entering data into EDC systems, reviewing source documents, and resolving data queries.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ years of data entry, administrative support, medical office, or related experience.
• Research experience or patient recruitment experience is a plus.
• Basic understanding of medical terminology.
• Use of Electronic medical systems and other healthcare system experience.
• Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Data Entry: Enter clinical trial data into EDC systems accurately and within required timelines.
• Review source documents and medical records to ensure complete transcription of participant data.
• Verify data for accuracy, completeness, and consistency prior to submission.
• Resolve EDC data queries from sponsors/CROs/data management teams.
• Communicate with study staff to resolve missing or inconsistent data.
• Maintain audit trails within the EDC system.
• Ensure timely completion of data entry and query resolution.
• Adhere to GCP, HIPAA, and regulatory guidelines.
• Assist with quality control reviews and sponsor monitoring visits.
