Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work or Counseling.
• Active, unrestricted independent behavioral health license (e.g., LCSW, LISW, LMSW, LCPC, LP, LMFT, LMHC, or state equivalent).
• 3+ years of post-master's direct clinical experience.
• 3+ years working with mental health and substance use disorders.
• 3+ years using Motivational Interviewing.
• Strong technology skills and ability to document while speaking with members.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive behavioral health assessments and develop individualized care plans.
• Collaborate with providers and coordinate behavioral health and psychosocial services.
• Use Motivational Interviewing to engage members and help reduce clinical risk factors.
• Provide crisis intervention and connect members with appropriate treatment and follow-up care.
• Support members with complex behavioral and physical health needs.
