Job summary

R3 Continuum LLC is seeking a Remote Case Coordinator to support behavioral health treatment and return-to-work initiatives. You will work with clinicians to coordinate services, provide direct client support via phone/video, and ensure timely documentation and quality care for a caseload.

The role requires a Master’s degree in mental health, professional licensure, and strong communication skills. A national, remote position offers flexible scheduling and collaboration with a multidisciplinary

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in mental health or related field required.
• Professional licensure required (LMSW, LCSW, LLMSW, LMFT, FMT, LP or LPC).
• History of work involving behavioral health and/or case management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee services for a caseload of clients seeking behavioral health treatment using verbal and written communication related to treatment and return-to-work needs.
• Provide direct behavioral health support to individuals, groups and organizations using verbal and written communication related to treatment and return-to-work needs.
• Interact with clients to assist them in gaining insight, defining goals, and planning action using clinical experience to achieve effective personal or vocational development and adjustment.
• Provide guidance and expert advice to management or other groups on technical, systems, or process-related topics.
• Complete reports within designated time frames and ensure documentation meets department billing and clinical standards.
• Refer individuals to other specialists or institutions as necessary.
