R3 Continuum LLC is seeking a Remote Client Care Clinician to provide behavioral health support by telephone and crisis intervention. You will conduct intakes, triage, and matching to appropriate providers while maintaining high-quality care.

The role emphasizes workplace resilience and wellbeing, requiring strong clinical judgment, excellent communication, and the ability to work across teams in a flexible, remote environment. Applicants must reside in the United States.

Competenze

• Master’s degree in mental health or related field is required.
• Professional licensure required (LMSW, LCSW, LLMSW, LMFT, FMT, LP or LPC).
• 2 years of clinical experience required; 3+ years preferred.
• History of work involving behavioral health strongly preferred.

Mansioni

• Conduct clinical intakes via telephone to assess behavioral health needs and determine level of care.
• Assist with care triaging and provider matching.
• Provide direct behavioral health support via telephone to individuals seeking services.
• Manage crisis situations with safety planning and intervention.
• Interact with individuals to set goals and action plans for personal or vocational development.
