Centene Management Company LLC is seeking a Quality Behavioral Health Advocate to work remotely from Florida. The role focuses on closing behavioral health care gaps, removing barriers to care, and improving the member and provider experience through targeted outreach, education, and appointment scheduling.

Requires a Master’s degree in Behavioral Health or Social Work (or a Nursing degree with BH focus) and 2–4 years of related experience, plus an active licensure (LCSW/LMSW/LMFT/LMHC/LPC or

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Behavioral Health or Social Work or a degree from an accredited nursing program with BH focus.
• 2–4 years of related experience.
• Licensed Master’s Behavioral Health Professional (LCSW/LMSW/LMFT/LMHC/LPC) or RN per state contract requirements.

Responsibilities

• Conduct telephonic outreach to Medicaid members identified as needing behavioral health services.
• Educate members regarding care gaps and schedule doctor appointments with providers.
• Assist in arranging transportation and linking members to community resources and other programs.
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve member issues and ensure regulatory/contractual requirements are met.
