Job summary

Centene Corp. is seeking a Quality Behavioral Health Advocate to remotely support Medicaid members in Florida.

You will perform telephonic outreach, educate members on care gaps, and coordinate with providers to close HEDIS gaps while ensuring confidentiality and compliance with state/federal standards. Requires a Master’s in Behavioral Health or Social Work or a nursing degree with 2–4 years of related experience and an active license (LCSW/LMSW/LMFT/LMHC/LPC or RN).

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Behavioral Health or Social Work, or nursing degree.
• 2–4 years of related experience required.

Responsibilities

• Outreach to Medicaid members via telephonic contact and education on care gaps.
• Close FUH, FUM, and FUA HEDIS care gaps with identified members.
• Assist members in connecting to behavioral health providers and arranging wraparound services.
• Schedule physician appointments for members with behavioral health gaps to access needed care.
• Conduct telephonic education with members and their families about identified care gaps and barriers to care.
