Job summary

Guidelight Health is seeking an Admissions Coordinator to join the Central Intake team in a remote, non-exempt hourly role. You will be the first contact for prospective clients and referral partners, guiding them through screenings, benefits verification, and next steps toward PHP and IOP treatment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary contact for prospective clients and referring providers.
• Engage clients with warmth and appropriate directness, including those in crisis.
• Guide clients through demographics, insurance, screening, scheduling, and next steps.
• Educate clients about Guidelight’s PHP and IOP programs and next steps.
• Coordinate referrals and ensure timely movement through admissions.
