Guidelight Health, Inc. is seeking an Admissions Coordinator to join its remote Central Intake team.

The role will handle high-volume client engagements, conduct screenings, educate on PHP/IOP programs, and coordinate next steps with clinical and operational teams. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree and 2–3+ years in a fast-paced healthcare intake setting, plus strong communication, rapport-building, and CRM/EMR skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in health, human services, psychology, or a related field.
• Must live in MST.
• 2–3+ years of experience in high-volume healthcare intake/admissions.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to build rapport.

Responsabilités

• Serve as primary contact for prospective clients and referring providers via phone and web channels.
• Guide clients through demographics, screening, insurance, scheduling, and next steps.
• Conduct initial screenings and escalate when clinical input is needed.
• Educate clients and partners about Guidelight’s PHP and IOP programs.
• Maintain accurate documentation in CRM/EMR and ensure timely handoffs to clinical teams.
• Meet SLAs and manage multiple active cases with accountability for funnel movement.
