Guidelight Health, Inc. is seeking an Intake Therapist to be the first contact for potential clients, conducting comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments to determine the right level of care.

This remote role collaborates with the clinical team to ensure smooth admissions and detailed handoffs for treatment planning. The position requires MA licensure eligibility and a master's degree in a related field, with opportunities to supervise associates and support licensing progress.

Competenze

• Requires master's degree in psychology, counseling, social work, LMHC/LICSW, or equivalent in MA.
• Willingness to obtain additional state licenses as needed.
• Must be able to provide formal clinical supervision to associate-level clinicians when required.
• Experience in behavioral therapy and counseling.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and various software programs.

Mansioni

• Conduct thorough biopsychosocial intake assessments to evaluate client needs, strengths, and readiness for treatment.
• Serve as the first point of contact for potential clients, creating a welcoming introduction.
• Determine the most appropriate level of care for each client.
• Communicate program expectations, treatment options, and next steps to clients and families.
