Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business.
- 4-6 years of accounting experience in healthcare, nonprofit, or related fields.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
Responsibilities
- Review financial reporting packages and work papers for quality and timely delivery.
- Prepare benchmarking data and KPIs to support client insights.
- Present findings to clients and assist with budgets and cash flow models.
- Provide technical accounting support on complex issues.
- Lead US and offshore engagement team members and coach staff.
