This role can be worked 100% remote anywhere in the US, with responsibilities across US and offshore teams, ensuring high-quality deliverables and strong client relationships.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business.
- CPA/CMA or similar certification preferred.
- Experience in healthcare, behavioral health, nonprofit, or community-based organizations.
Responsibilities
- Review financial reporting packages for quality, completeness, and timely delivery.
- Prepare and analyze benchmarking data and KPIs to support client insights.
- Present reporting packages and findings to clients.
- Assist in preparing budgets, forecasts, and cash flow models.
- Provide technical accounting support to clients on complex issues.
- Lead and coordinate US and offshore engagement team members.
- Lead and coach staff and senior accountants on accounting and reporting matters.
