Job summary

Center for Social Dynamics (CSD) is hiring a Behavior Specialist to support children through ABA techniques in a remote setting. You’ll use play-based activities to build communication, social, and life skills, while following plans from clinical leaders.

Training is provided, and career milestones are mapped out. You don’t need prior experience—training and coaching are offered, with flexible scheduling including Mon–Fri afternoons/evenings and Saturdays.

Qualifications

• H.S. Diploma or GED.
• 6+ months of experience in ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis).
• Telehealth/Virtual experience preferred.
• Flexible availability Mon–Fri afternoons/evenings + Saturdays.
• Proof of vaccinations (MMR, Varicella).
• Reliable transportation.
• Comfort working with diverse populations.
• Willingness to complete training and documentation.
