Job summary

Center for Social Dynamics (CSD) is hiring a Behavior Specialist to work remotely with children using ABA-based strategies. You will guide communication, social, and life skills through virtual sessions and in-home visits, following clinician-provided plans and celebrating small milestones.

No prior experience required; we provide training and ongoing support to help you grow with paid development and college-reimbursement options.

Qualifications

• H.S. Diploma or GED is required.
• 6+ months of experience in ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis).
• Telehealth/Virtual experience preferred.
• Flexible availability, including Mon–Fri afternoons/evenings and Saturdays.

Responsibilities

• Use play, games, and evidence-based strategies to help kids build communication, social, and life skills in a remote environment.
• Bring energy and compassion to each session with families and kids.
• Follow personalized plans designed by clinical leaders while celebrating small wins that lead to growth.
