Job summary

Center for Social Dynamics (CSD) is hiring a Behavior Specialist for remote ABA sessions with children. You’ll support communication, social and life skills using play-based, evidence-informed methods from home, a center, or community settings.

No prior experience required—training and ongoing coaching are provided as you progress along mapped milestones and caregiver involvement grows with you.

Qualifications

• H.S. Diploma or GED required.
• 6+ months of ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) experience.
• Telehealth/Virtual experience preferred.
• Flexible availability (Mon–Fri afternoons/evenings + Saturdays).
• Proof of vaccinations (MMR, Varicella) may be required.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel as needed.
• Comfort working with diverse populations.
• Willingness to complete training and documentation.
