Center for Social Dynamics (CSD) is hiring a Behavior Specialist for a remote, child-focused role. You will use play-based, evidence-informed strategies to build communication, social, and life skills in a telehealth-friendly setting, with support from clinical leaders and ongoing training.

No prior experience required, with paid training and clear career milestones. Expect flexible scheduling, home or center sessions, and opportunities to advance as you grow within CSD’s structured pathway.

Qualifications

• H.S. Diploma or GED required.
• 6+ months of experience in ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis).
• Telehealth/Virtual Experience preferred.
• Flexible availability (Mon–Fri afternoons/evenings + Saturdays).
• Proof of vaccinations as required.
