Job summary

Center for Social Dynamics (CSD) is hiring for an entry-level ABA role focused on helping kids build communication, social, and life skills in a remote environment. We provide training and support, plus flexible schedules to fit your routine.

You’ll work with children in diverse settings, including homes, centers, and community sites, and you’ll benefit from our Tuition Reimbursement and ongoing coaching to advance your career in ABA.

Qualifications

• H.S. Diploma or GED.
• 6+ months of ABA experience.
• Telehealth/Virtual experience preferred.
• Flexible availability (Mon-Fri afternoons/evenings + Saturdays).
• Proof of vaccinations (MMR, Varicella).
• Reliable transportation.
• Comfort working with diverse populations.
• Willingness to complete training and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Use play-based, evidence-supported ABA strategies to build communication, social, and life skills in a remote setting.
• Bring energy, compassion, and adaptability to sessions at a child’s home, a center, or in the community.
• Follow personalized plans designed by clinical leaders and celebrate small wins for big growth.
