Job summary

Center for Social Dynamics (CSD) is hiring a Behavior Specialist to support children remotely, in-home, centers, or community sites. You’ll use play and evidence-based strategies to build communication, social and life skills, while following plans created by clinical leaders to celebrate small wins and growth.

No prior experience required; paid training, opportunities for career progression, and tuition reimbursement are offered.

Qualifications

• H.S. Diploma or GED.
• 6+ months of experience in ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis).
• Telehealth/Virtual experience preferred.
• Flexible availability (Mon–Fri afternoons/evenings and Saturdays).
• Proof of vaccinations (MMR, Varicella, COVID).
• Reliable transportation.
• Comfort working with diverse populations.
• Willingness to complete training and documentation.
• Ability to frequently sit and stand; stay with client pace.
