Job summary

Center for Social Dynamics (CSD) is hiring a Behavior Specialist to help kids build communication, social, and life skills in a remote environment. You’ll visit sessions at a child’s home, centers, or in the community, applying evidence-based ABA strategies with energy and compassion.

No prior experience required — we’ll train you and support you every step of the way, with flexible schedules and a clear growth pathway including paid training and tuition reimbursement.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required.
• 6+ months of experience in ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis).
• Telehealth/Virtual experience preferred.
• Flexible availability (Mon–Fri afternoons/evenings + Saturdays).
• Vaccinations proof (MMR, Varicella, COVID) if applicable.
• Reliable transportation.
• Willingness to complete training and documentation.

• Use play, games, and evidence-based strategies to help kids build communication, social, and life skills in a remote environment.
