GENERAL PARTS in Kansas City, Missouri (Remote / Hybrid) seeks an Experienced Business Development Representative with 2+ years of outbound BDR/SDR experience and a background in food service. You will own outbound prospecting into food service accounts, build a pipeline through cold calls and targeted outreach, and book qualified meetings.

You must demonstrate the ability to diagnose client problems, manage CRM-driven processes in Zoho, and stay disciplined to drive consistent results.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in outbound BDR/SDR roles, preferably in food service.
• Ability to build and manage a pipeline with consistent meetings.
• Comfort working in CRM and structured outbound processes.

Responsibilities

• Own outbound prospecting into food service accounts (restaurants, institutions, distributors).
• Build pipeline via cold calls, email, and targeted outreach.
• Speak to real problems: downtime, cost, reliability.
• Book qualified meetings and hand off clean leads.
• Run an organized, disciplined process in Zoho.
