Job summary

Trillium Staffing is seeking a Business Development Manager for North America in a 100% remote role. You will be responsible for acquiring new clients and expanding an active account base in plastic products for healthcare, biotech and pharmaceutical industries.

You will collaborate with R&D, production and regulatory teams to translate customer needs into feasible product development, while achieving $10M–$50M account growth and maintaining strong industry knowledge.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in technical sales for plastic packaging/products in pharma/biomed/healthcare.
• Experience collaborating with external and internal technical teams to enable new product development.
• Experience securing and growing $10M–$50M accounts in Pharma OEMs.
• Strong knowledge of plastics (injection/blow molding) and regulated markets.
