Holman is seeking a remote BDC Service Coordinator to be the first point of contact for service appointments at our automotive dealerships, delivering a seamless, positive customer experience. Performance is based on appointment scheduling metrics and customer interactions across calls, emails and texts.

Reside in Maple Shade, NJ area (or within about an hour) is required. Compensation: $20.00/hour (+$1 for Spanish). 90‑day training with a rotating Saturday, and full-time benefits.

Qualifications
