Convertros, LLC, is hiring for a BDA role with a remote-first setup across the US, Canada and beyond. You’ll be the first voice for US consumer brands in financial services and home improvement, handling warm inbound leads, setting bookings and enrollments, and receiving real-time coaching to accelerate growth.

The position is full-time with a 40-hour week, paid hourly during training and then on a commission-based model, with weekly pay and ramp-driven progression. No cold calling is required.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound leads — warm calls, no cold prospecting.
• Turn interest into action: bookings, appointments, enrollments.
• Own your performance and get real-time coaching to improve fast.
• Work a full-time shift (40 hrs/week), scheduled between 12 PM and 12 AM EST.
