Convertros is seeking a Customer Service Representative/Business Development Associate to drive growth for U.S. clients by handling inbound leads, building relationships, and converting interest into bookings.

This fully remote role offers structured training, real-time coaching, and merit-based promotions. The position provides weekly pay with training at $16 USD/hour and post-training earnings of $8 per booking, with unlimited upside based on performance in a fast-paced, data-driven sales

The Customer Service Representative or Business Development Associate (BDA) plays a key role in driving growth for Convertros’ U.S. clients by handling inbound leads, building relationships, and converting interest into action. This position is ideal for individuals with strong communication skills, a proactive mindset, and the drive to grow within a high-performance, remote sales organization.

Compensation

• Paid training: $16 USD/hour
• After training: $8 USD per booking
• Performance-based earnings with no-cap.

Schedule
