Convertros is hiring for a high-velocity, remote-first BDA role in the United States. You will be the first voice for U.S. consumer brands, handling inbound leads and turning interest into bookings, enrollments, and appointments.

You’ll operate in a commission-based structure with fast, transparent growth and real-time coaching. Expect a full-time schedule of 40 hours per week, with coaching to sharpen performance, and a culture that rewards hustle, curiosity and ownership.

Qualifications

• No traditional sales experience required; mindset and drive matter most.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound leads—warm calls, no cold prospecting.
• Convert interest into action: bookings, appointments, enrollments.
• Own your performance with real-time coaching to improve quickly.
• Work a full-time shift (40 hrs/week), scheduled between 12 PM and 12 AM EST.
