Job summary

Social Circle ABA is seeking Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) for fully remote clinical oversight, programming, and telehealth supervision across New Jersey-licensed clients. The role supports remote supervision for RBTs with a focus on high-quality care and data-driven progress.

Applicants must hold a valid NJ LBA license, have BCBA certification, and be comfortable working entirely from home with reliable internet and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Current BCBA certification with BACB.
• Active NJ LBA license in good standing is required.
• Experience designing ABA programming and supervising RBTs/technicians.
• Strong tech-literacy and reliable high-speed internet for secure video sessions.
• Excellent communication and collaboration with remote teams and families.

Responsibilities

• Conduct remote clinical assessments and design BIPs.
• Provide remote supervision to RBTs and telehealth staff.
• Review data via practice management platform and adjust programming.
• Lead telehealth caregiver training and family collaboration sessions.
• Ensure clinical docs and reports meet insurance and compliance standards.
