Job summary

Social Circle ABA is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst for a fully remote, high-impact role serving New Jersey clients. This position offers premium hourly pay and flexible home-based work from anywhere in the United States.

You will oversee remote clinical activities, supervise RBTs, and ensure therapy plans are data-driven and compliant with billing standards. NJ LBA licensure is required at the time of application.

Qualifications

• Current and unrestricted BCBA certification
• Active NJ Behavior Analyst license required
• Experience supervising RBTs, telehealth preferred

Responsibilities

• Conduct remote clinical assessments and design BIPs
• Provide remote supervision and mentorship to RBTs
• Review data and adjust programming via the practice platform
• Lead telehealth caregiver training and family collaboration
• Ensure compliant documentation for billing and reports
