Job summary

A leading ABA therapy agency in New Jersey is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join their team. This position offers flexibility in scheduling, competitive pay, and strong clinical support. Ideal for both experienced BCBAs and recent graduates. Responsibilities include conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and supervising RBTs. The role is focused on providing home-based and community-based ABA services across Central New Jersey.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification and New Jersey license required.
• Experience in home-based or community-based ABA services preferred.
• Willingness to learn and grow in a supportive team setting.

Responsibilities

• Conduct ABA assessments (FBA, VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, etc.).
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Supervise and guide RBTs / Behavior Technicians.
