Job summary
Social Circle ABA is seeking Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) for a fully remote role serving clients in New Jersey. The position offers 100% remote work and a premium hourly rate.
Responsibilities include remote clinical assessments, BIPs, supervision of RBTs, data review, and caregiver training, with administrative support to ensure compliance.
Candidates must hold NJ LBA licensure, maintain BACB-BCBA certification, and demonstrate telehealth experience and strong communication.
Qualifications
- Current and unrestricted BCBA certification is required.
- Active NJ Behavior Analyst license is required.
- Experience designing ABA programming and supervising RBTs/behavior technicians preferred.
- Strong tech-literacy and reliable high-speed internet for secure video conferencing.
- Excellent communication and collaboration with remote staff and families required.
- Commitment to high professional and ethical standards.
Responsibilities
- Conduct remote clinical assessments and design BIPs.
- Provide remote supervision, mentorship, and support to RBTs.
- Review clinical data to modify programming and ensure client progress.
- Conduct telehealth caregiver training and family collaboration sessions.
- Ensure clinical documentation and billing reports meet compliance requirements.
