Job summary

All Care Therapies seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to design, supervise, and evaluate ABA therapy programs across settings including telehealth, clinic, home, or school. You will lead assessments, develop evidence-based treatment plans, and supervise RBTs and BCaBA candidates while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification in good standing
• Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field
• Minimum 2 years ABA clinical experience including supervision
• Proficiency with ABA assessment tools (FBA, VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R)
• Experience with electronic health records (EHR) and data collection Platforms

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive FBAs and VB-MAPP/ABLLS-R to identify priorities.
• Develop and implement individualized ABA treatment plans with measurable goals.
• Design and modify BIPs using evidence-based ABA methodologies.
• Deliver direct ABA therapy services and monitor progress with data.
• Collaborate with SLPs, OTs, PTs, physicians, and educators for holistic care.
• Supervise and mentor RBTs and BCaBA candidates.
• Provide training and performance feedback to supervisees.
