House of Hearts ABA is seeking a bilingual BCBA to lead both clinical supervision and recruiting across multiple markets. This remote, full-time leadership role blends hands-on supervision with end-to-end talent acquisition for RBTs and BCBAs.

The right candidate will drive culture, scale clinical operations, and shape hiring processes while maintaining high standards of care for families and clients.

Qualifications

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst with clinical leadership experience.
• Fully bilingual in English and Spanish (written and spoken).
• Experience in recruiting or talent acquisition is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Clinical supervision for RBTs and families with CPT codes 97155/97156.
• Manage weekly/billable supervision hours and maintain documentation.
