Job summary

House of Hearts ABA is seeking a Clinical Director (BCBA) to lead a team of BCBAs while guiding intake, staffing, scheduling, and recruiting. This remote role emphasizes clinical quality and business performance, with travel to service areas as needed.

You’ll oversee operations, refine workflows, and partner with leadership to expand into new areas, focusing on utilization, retention, and team development from day one.

Qualifications

• Must have hands-on experience as Clinical Director overseeing teams of BCBAs
• Experience refining clinical and operational workflows
• Oversee intake, staffing, scheduling and recruiting with focus on quality and performance
• Lead growth and build scalable systems for expansion

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of BCBAs and maintain clinical standards across all cases
• Own intake, onboarding, staffing, scheduling and recruiting processes
• Drive growth by expanding into new service areas and improving key metrics such as utilization and retention
