Job summary

FronteraCare is seeking a mission-driven BCBA to lead Initial Assessments (Functional Behavior Assessments) via telehealth in a fast-growing, technology-enabled environment. This role sets the clinical foundation for client success and thrives in a startup culture that embraces innovation.

The Remote BCBA will develop data-driven treatment plans, ensure payer authorization readiness, and collaborate with Intake, Scheduling, and Clinical Leadership to onboard families efficiently across multiple

Qualifications

Active BCBA certification in good standing.
Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field.
Minimum 5 years experience as a BCBA, with at least 1 year in Functional Behavior Assessment.
Bilingual English and Spanish; strong clinical writing and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive Functional Behavior Assessments using caregiver interviews, records, observation, and standardized tools.
Utilize video-capture technology to review sessions and inform treatment planning.
Develop data-driven treatment plans and behavior intervention plans aligned with medical necessity.
Ensure reports meet payer authorization standards and quality benchmarks.
Prepare cases for smooth transition to ongoing BCBA and RBT teams; maintain timely clinical documentation.
