ABA Pathways, LLC in Michigan seeks a compassionate BCBA to lead client-centered ABA services. You will conduct FBAs, design evidence-based interventions, and coach families and staff, while maintaining high clinical standards.

The role requires a BCBA, a Master's in a related field, and licensure in Michigan, with at least two years of ABA experience. The team emphasizes growth, collaboration, and program development in a supportive, client-focused environment.

Competenze

• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Sociology, Education, or a related field.
• Current BCBA certification.
• Must reside in and be licensed to practice in the State of Michigan.
• Minimum of two (2) years of experience providing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services.
• Demonstrated leadership experience with the ability to mentor and support clinical team members.
• Strong clinical assessment, treatment planning, and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently while maintaining high standards of clinical excellence.
• Proficiency with technology and the ability to effectively work in a remote environment.
• Current TB clearance and the ability to pass required background checks.

Mansioni

• Conduct FBAs.
• Develop individualized, evidence-based behavior intervention plans.
• Maintain a consistent and reliable schedule with assigned clients.
• Provide direct clinical services as needed.
• Deliver ongoing training, coaching, and support to families and clinical team members.

• Collaborate closely with fellow BCBAs and interdisciplinary professionals to support positive client outcomes.
