Hope Network Center for Autism in East Lansing, MI seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead and supervise ABA services for children with autism. You will develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans, supervise staff, and collaborate with families and a multidisciplinary team.

You will ensure high-quality care, data-driven treatment, and adherence to BACB standards while supporting staff development and program growth in a center-based setting.

Qualifikationen

• Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, Special Education, or a related field.
• Current BCBA certification through BACB.
• Current Michigan LBA credential or eligibility for licensure.
• Experience developing and implementing ABA treatment programs and behavior intervention plans.
• Strong clinical judgment, analytical and communication skills.

Aufgaben

• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized ABA treatment programs and behavior intervention plans.
• Conduct and interpret clinical assessments and functional behavior assessments.
• Use learner data to evaluate progress and adjust treatment programs.
• Provide clinical supervision, coaching, and support to staff and families.
• Train staff and families in ABA principles and treatment strategies.
• Provide direct ABA services when appropriate and participate in stakeholder meetings.
• Maintain supervision, documentation, and productivity requirements.
• Ensure compliance with BACB, Michigan licensure, HIPAA, and Hope Network policies.
