Job summary

ABA Pathways, LLC in Michigan is seeking a compassionate BCBA to join our team and deliver high-quality, person-centered ABA services to clients and families.

The successful candidate will demonstrate strong clinical judgment, the ability to work independently, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and monitor individualized intervention plans. This role supports ongoing program development, quality improvement, and family coaching within a supportive workplace.

Qualifications

• Master's degree and BCBA certification are required.
• Licensed to practice in Michigan.
• Ability to work independently while maintaining high clinical standards.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs).
• Develop individualized, evidence-based behavior intervention plans.
• Maintain a consistent schedule with assigned clients.
• Provide direct clinical services as needed.
• Deliver training and coaching to families and clinical staff.
• Monitor treatment fidelity per organizational standards.
• Collaborate with BCBA and interdisciplinary professionals to support outcomes.
• Assist in program development and quality improvement.
• Foster relationships with families and referral sources.
