ABA Pathways, LLC is seeking a compassionate BCBA to deliver high-quality, person-centered ABA services in a flexible, supportive setting. The role emphasizes independence, ongoing program development, and collaboration with families and professionals.

You must hold a current BCBA and be licensed in Michigan, with at least two years of ABA experience. The position offers a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for professional growth in a compassionate team environment.

Qualificações

• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Sociology, Education, or related field.
• Current BCBA certification.
• Must reside in and be licensed to practice in Michigan.
• Minimum of two years of ABA experience.
• Demonstrated leadership with ability to mentor clinical team members.
• Strong assessment, treatment planning, and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently with high clinical standards.
• Proficiency with technology and remote work capabilities.
• TB clearance and background checks.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs).
• Develop individualized, evidence-based behavior intervention plans.
• Maintain a consistent schedule with assigned clients.
• Provide direct clinical services as needed.
• Deliver ongoing training, coaching, and support to families and clinical team.
• Monitor treatment fidelity and ensure programs align with standards.
• Collaborate with BCBAs and interdisciplinary professionals.
• Assist in program development and quality improvement initiatives.
• Foster positive relationships with families and community partners.
